Varden Technologies, an Investment Client Reporting Software and Client Servicing Operational Platform Provider, Announces Its Hire of Mesirow Advanced Strategies’ Head of Client Reporting

BOSTON, Aug. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Varden Technologies, the provider of eReportal, an auditable and workflow-based client communications platform, announces that Michael Kendall has joined its product management team from Chicago-based Mesirow Advanced Strategies, Inc. where he served as the head of client reporting.

Michael is the latest addition to the team of client reporting experts that Varden, a buy-side data integration consulting and client communications software firm, continues to grow. He joins others such as Don McLeod, the former Vice President of Client Reporting at Bank of America/Columbia Asset Management, to progress Varden’s eReportal, eReportalDeck (pitchbook production software), Matrix (data governance and operational risk software), and erCore platforms (internal reporting and information shaping software).

At Mesirow, Michael managed all aspects of the reporting production cycle from content strategy, data enrichment, to quality control. He holds Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses and was instrumental in contributing to client servicing operations and change management at the firm. A recognized voice on the buy-side space, Michael often shares his updated ideas and best practices at such annual industry events as TSAM. Prior to Mesirow, Michael spent the earlier half of his career at Deutsche Asset Management as a client servicing manager, contributing to the efforts that resulted in the team’s Dalbar Award for servicing excellence.
